Stone Italiana for Dubai Mall
The Dubai Mall is the world’s largest destination dedicated to luxury shopping and leisure. With 1,200 stores, two department stores, and hundreds of cafés and restaurants, it occupies an area of over 1 million square meters, equivalent to 200 football fields. This high-profile shopping mall is the ideal location for enthusiasts of haute couture brands and the latest high-tech innovations.
Lido Inserts for Luxury Shopping
The essence is in the name: Inserti is the proposal of reconstituted quartz slabs that, in their composition, also include a percentage of different material. The choice for the luxurious floors of Dubai Mall fell on the Lido proposal, with a white base and inserts obtained from recycled mother-of-pearl, one of the most historic and elegant colorations in the Stone Italiana range. The quartz floors were laid in 125 x 125 cm format and interspersed with narrower inserts in black, gold, and purple tones, created with Custom processing specifically for this commercial project.
Customization, Functionality, and Aesthetics: A Winning Choice
Dubai Mall is a clear example of customization capability combined with high technological performance: Stone Italiana has always prioritized research in every production area, from aesthetic range to enhancing product performance.
Through relentless experimentation and continuous investments in Research and Development, Stone Italiana is able to create special finishes for trendy quartz floors that combine the latest trends in contemporary architecture with the requirements of the specific project’s intended use.
High-traffic commercial areas such as stores and large shopping centers require solutions that have style but ensure high technical performance of the materials used: durability over time and resistance to constant foot traffic, ease of cleaning, and installation.
To meet these needs, Dubai Mall found in Stone Italiana the ideal partner for the realization of the monumental luxury shopping project in the United Arab Emirates.
