Stone Italiana created a custom terrazzo floor using agglomerate slabs, with varying sizes and thicknesses for flooring, wall cladding, counters, and tables, ensuring continuity and consistency between surfaces and furnishings.
The main challenge was figuring out how best to represent Bauli’s identity: an analysis of the logo and packaging revealed lilac as a distinctive element and gold as a precious detail.
This led to a terrazzo-effect surface with Carrara marble inlays and lilac-colored aggregate, embellished with brass filaments and inlays that replicate the “B” in the logo.
The process leading to the final result was the outcome of a close and ongoing collaboration, encompassing concept development, sample creation, prototyping, and the technical refinement of the solutions.
