StarBlack CMT is the most intense shade in the K‑Star line. Its surface features a deep black background dotted with small white accents, creating a contrasting effect reminiscent of a starry night. This bold pattern makes the slabs perfect for contemporary projects that call for an elegant and striking focal point.

The K‑Star collection was created to offer the world of architecture and interior design a sustainable and affordable material. Its grain, which is coarser than that of other Cosmolite lines, evokes the appearance of natural stone without replicating it exactly. Like all Cosmolite® surfaces, StarBlack is produced through vacuum vibrocompression of 100% recycled non-quartz aggregates; the binder contains a percentage of plant-based materials. This process gives the slabs excellent technical performance: resistance to scratches, stains, and heat (up to approximately 180 °C), as well as ease of processing. International certifications also attest to the material’s safety for food contact and its low VOC emissions.

StarBlack CMT is available in three finishes—Gloss, Grain 2.0, and Rocplan 2.0—and is produced in slabs measuring 144 × 307 cm with a thickness of 2 cm. It is ideal for kitchen and bathroom countertops, flooring, wall cladding, and custom furniture, where the contrast between the black and the white micro-inserts adds depth and sophistication to spaces
