Meteor Dark ZERO is designed for those who want a bold look reminiscent of lava rock. The surface features a deep black background dotted with small white flecks, creating an elegant contrast and a texture with a strong character. The effect is reminiscent of a starry sky or basalt rock with light-colored inclusions, making it ideal for modern or industrial settings.
The Meteor collection is inspired by the look of natural stone, offering four neutral colors with a grainy pattern and subtle, multi-layered shades that lend a contemporary rustic feel. Meteor Dark is the darkest shade in this range and enhances any space with its blend of dark tones and luminous inclusions.
Like all Cosmolite® surfaces, Meteor Dark is made from 100% pre-consumer recycled minerals and uses a partially plant-based binder. The vacuum vibrocompression process produces slabs that are scratch- and stain-resistant and heat-resistant up to approximately 180 °C, easy to work with, and certified for food contact.
Meteor Dark CMT is available in the Gloss, Grain 2.0, and Rocplan 2.0 finishes and is produced in slabs measuring 144 × 307 cm with thicknesses of 1.2 cm or 2 cm. Thanks to its rich color depth, it is particularly well-suited for kitchen and bathroom countertops, flooring, wall cladding, and home furnishings, where the contrast between black and white creates a sophisticated and contemporary visual effect.
