Meteor Dark CMT is designed for those who want a bold look reminiscent of lava stone.

The surface features a deep black background dotted with small white flecks, creating an elegant contrast and a bold texture. The effect is reminiscent of a starry sky or basalt rock with light-colored inclusions, making it ideal for modern or industrial settings, where it complements metals, concrete, and dark woods.

It is part of the Cosmolite® 100% Recycled line, made with pre-consumer recycled non-quartz aggregates mixed with a binder that is partially plant-based. The vacuum vibrocompression process ensures high technical performance: the surfaces are easy to work with, stain-resistant, scratch-resistant, and heat-resistant up to approximately 180 °C. Cosmolite® surfaces are also certified for food contact and low VOC emissions.

Meteor Dark CMT slabs are available in the Gloss, Grain 2.0, and Rocplan 2.0 finishes, in the 121" × 57" size, with thicknesses of 1/2" and 3/4".
