In certain locations, the pleasure of the table is combined with sophisticated interiors.
A good example is provided by this exclusive wine store in the heart of New York which presents a wide range of wines, liqueurs and spirits.
Curated by Ukrainian designer Alena de Ploti for the Wonder Works Construction Corporation, the wine store selected Stone Italiana as the ideal partner for supplying engineered quartz flooring slabs, appreciating the company’s incessant attention to detail and its impeccably good taste.
In addition to tailored solutions, the interiors have been furnished using the DNA Urbano (Urban DNA) collection, in this case installed with small contrasting square units.
Eloquent testimony to a research & development approach that meets ethical and sustainable principles, DNA Urbano is comprised principally (about 54%) of dust collected by road sweeping, namely the grit that accumulates along the sidewalks which, when suitably converted, can be recovered and transformed into a new raw material.
The remaining proportion of the slabs is comprised of sand, quartz powder and polyester resin.
