Light, colour, and attention to detail: these are the inspirations for the furnishings of a modern open-space apartment in Charkiv, featuring the visual style of Stonit+ engineered quartz slabs, part of the Materia collection.
The intensity of Imperiale 20 Rocface 2.0‘s colour enhances the texture of the quartz slabs used for the kitchen countertop , for the worktop and the central island, which separates the kitchen from a living area immersed in natural light. Demonstrating a sophisticated, high-performance style, Stone Italiana worked on the material’s installation with meticulous care, ensuring precision in its milling and shaping. Examples include the perfection of cutting for the washbasin and the electrical sockets on the upstand, impeccably set into the quartz slab.
The use of the same material for the kitchen worktop and the quartz upstand ensures perfect visual continuity and guarantees high standards of hygiene, an intrinsic feature of the material, in addition to its ease of cleaning. The ways in which quartz slabs can be used also comprise the base units below the windows, and the radiator covers, made with an unobtrusive white timber frame with quartz top.
The Micro+ collection, in the Superwhite 13 shade with Gloss finish, completes the cladding for this contemporary bathroom, including the basin vanity top, the cabinet top, and the interior window sill. The vanity top‘s edge finish simulates the characteristic detailing of natural stone products with classic profiles that display the body of the material to best advantage. In fact it is made with a very fine grain in a pure shade of white, making it possible to obtain the most authentic “plain colour” effect.
